摘要：承包国际工程项目具有高风险性，因此风险管理成为国际工程项目管理的重要内容。基于此，阐述风险管理概念及流程，分析国际工程承包重要风险的管理，针对内外部风险，提出应对策略，以帮助企业在市场经营与竞争中有效规避和防范风险。

Abstract：Contracting international engineering projects has high risks，so the risk management is an important part of international engineering project management. Based on this，this paper elaborates the concept and process of risk management，and analyzes the management of important risks of international engineering contracting. Finally，puts forward strategies for internal and external risks so as to help the enterprises to control and avoid the risks efficiently in the market operation and competition.
