摘要：合理有效的工程项目管理模式是发展建筑产业化的重要基础。基于此，分析装配式建筑产业化中以业主为主导的项目管理模式，阐述该模式在项目管理方面的优势以及面临的问题，对此提出管理模式的改进建议，以期为我国建筑产业化发展提供理论与实践指导。

Abstract：The reasonable and effective project management model is an important foundation for the development of construction industrialization. Based on this，this paper mainly analyzes the owner-oriented project management model in the industrialization of prefabricated construction，explains the advantages and problems of the model in project management，and puts forward suggestions for improving the management model，so as to provide theoretical and practical guidances for the development of construction industrialization in China.
