摘要：基于建设单位视角，分析工程变更原因及控制，阐述工程变更的审批。结合3种典型案例，分析工程变更发生后，建设单位应采取的处置措施，为建设单位在工程实施过程中有效地控制工程变更提供参考。

Abstract：From the perspective of construction units，this paper analyzes the causes and control of engineering changes，and expounds the examination and approval of engineering changes. Combined with three typical cases，analyzes the disposal measures to be taken by the construction units after the occurrence of engineering changes，in order to provide references for construction units to effectively control engineering changes in the process of engineering implementation.
