摘要：在地下矿山建设中，井巷工程无论工程量还是投资都占有很大比重，其造价管理水平直接影响地下矿山投资控制质量和效果。分析目前井巷工程造价管理存在的一些问题，在对这些问题进行分析的基础上，有针对性地提出改进对策，以提高井巷工程造价管理水平。

Abstract：In the construction of underground mines，sinking and driving engineering occupies a large proportion in both quantity and investment，the level of its cost management directly affects the quality and effect of investment control in underground mines. This paper analyzes some problems existing in the cost management of sinking and driving engineering，and puts forward some countermeasures to improve the level of cost management of sinking and driving engineering on the basis of analyzing these problems.
