摘要：因工程变更导致的投资增加问题，日益受到专家学者的关注。按照文献研究的发展脉络和逻辑关系，对2001～2017年的核心期刊文献进行梳理，就工程变更和造价控制研究文献的年度分布、文献的学术影响以及文献的研究热点等问题进行分析。研究热点内容主要聚焦在如何通过全过程造价管理来控制工程变更和构建数学模型探讨、预测工程要素变更对工程造价的影响程度两个问题。

Abstract：The increasing investment caused by engineering changes is attracting more and more attention from domestic scholars. This paper combs the literature of core journals for 2001～2017 years according to the development context and logical relationship of literature research，analyzes the annual distribution of literature on engineering changes and costs control，academic influence and research hot，etc. The main contents of the research hot are how to control the engineering changes through whole process costs management and establish mathematical models to discuss the influences degree of each engineering factor changes to the costs.
