摘要：首先分析传统造价模式存在的问题以及BIM造价模式的优势，然后介绍基于BIM的工程造价管理系统基本构架与主要功能，最后阐述基于BIM的工程造价管理系统关键技术与实现过程，以期推动BIM技术在工程造价中的应用。

Abstract：This paper first analyzes the problems of the traditional cost model and the advantages of the BIM cost model，then introduces the basic framework and main functions of engineering cost management system based on BIM. Finally，expounds the key technology and implementation process of engineering cost management system based on BIM，in order to promote the application of BIM technology in engineering cost.
