摘要：不同地区电力电缆入廊的原则和费用分摊模式千差万别。结合国内某地实际状况，总结电力电缆入廊的基本原则及技术原则。然后基于国内外现有管廊的收费模式，提出一种简易的电力电缆入廊费用测算方法，以供入廊管线单位参考。

Abstract：The principles of power cable into urban utility tunnel and costs sharing patterns vary widely in different regions. This paper summarizes the basic principles and technical principles of power cable into urban utility tunnel with the actual situation of a certain place in China. In addition，proposes a simple method for calculating the costs of power cable into urban utility tunnel for references based on the existing charging models of utility tunnel at home and abrood.
