摘要：在全国各地开展人才争夺战的背景下，分析人才住房政策对于城市发展的作用，总结目前重庆吸引人才的主要做法和现状，并指出当前方式存在缺乏创新、难以留住人才的问题。最后提出重庆市人才引进政策建议，以支持人才强市。

Abstract：Under the background of talents resources competition，this paper analyzes the effect of housing policy for the city development，summarizes the current situation and main practice of attracting talents in Chongqing，and points out the problems such as lacking of innovation and retaining talent difficultly. Finally，puts forward some policy suggestions for talents introduction to Chongqing，in order to support talents and strengthen the market.
