摘要：介绍沈阳市装配式建筑产业取得的成果，然后指出沈阳市装配式建筑发展过程中仍然存在一些问题，最后提出推进装配式建筑发展的对策，为沈阳市进一步推进装配式建筑产业发展提供决策依据。

Abstract：First，this paper introduces the achievements of prefabricated building industry in Shenyang. Then，points out some problems existing in the development of prefabricated building in Shenyang. Finally，puts forward suggestions for promoting the development of prefabricated building，in order to provide decision-making basis for further promoting the development of prefabricated building industry.
