摘要：财务评价是项目建设全流程的重要组成部分，用以判断项目在财务上的可行性。分析当前工程项目前期财务评价存在的问题，提出在项目前期应跟踪财务评价，并探讨跟踪评价的思路和注意事项，最后结合实际案例对项目前期跟踪财务评价作进一步阐释。

Abstract：Financial evaluation is an important part of the whole process of project construction，it can be used to judge the financial feasibility of the project. This paper analyzes the current problems of financial evaluation existed in the prophase of projects，puts forward the tracked financial evaluation in the prophase of projects，and discusses the preliminary thoughts and considerations of tracked evaluation. Finally，combined with practical cases，makes further explanation for tracked financial evaluation in the prophase of projects.
