摘要：针对某矿山在施工地下巷道过程中进行的高压下井供电延伸项目，采用超档级差调整法，参照定额中已有同工序子目构成要素，结合工程实际特征，通过人、材、机消耗测定，编制补充定额，以期有效解决定额缺项问题，维护甲乙双方利益。

Abstract：For the high voltage power supply extension project of well construction in a mine during the underground roadway construction process，this paper adopts the method of super differential adjustment. Referring to the constituent elements of the same procedure suborder in the quota，establishes supplementary quota through the human，material and machine consumption measurement combined with the engineering characteristics，so as to effectively solve the problems of the quota shortage，and safeguard the interests of both parties.
