摘要：随着建筑行业的快速发展，先进的项目管理技术层出不穷，赢得值法被普遍应用到工程成本和进度控制工作中。介绍赢得值法控制成本的优势，阐述赢得值法的动态成本控制思路及原则，分析赢得值法动态成本控制的具体实施过程，以期更准确地进行成本控制。

Abstract：With the rapid development of construction industry，the advanced project management techniques emerge in endlessly，and the earned value method has been widely applied to the project cost and progress control. This paper introduces the advantages of the cost control based on earned value method，expounds the ideas and principles of dynamic cost control based on earned value，and analyzes the specific implementation process of the dynamic cost control based on earned value method，in order to make the cost control more accurate.
