摘要：结合现阶段工程造价管理程序的弊端，分析造价模块化管理的优点，阐述推行造价模块化管理的主要障碍及对策，以期使常规项目造价管理简单高效。

Abstract：Combined with the drawbacks of the current project cost management procedures，this paper analyzes the advantages of cost modular management，expounds the obstacles and countermeasures to implement cost modular management，in order to make the conventional project cost management simple and efficient.
