京津冀城市化与基础设施建设耦合演进分析—基于适宜性理论

摘要:采用熵权法构建城市化与基础设施建设耦合关联模型,从理论上解析两大系统的耦合优化原理,定量分析其耦合变动特征,以适宜性理论为基础探究京津冀地区两者耦合跃迁模式。研究表明:城市化与基础设施建设系统发展指数、系统耦合度两者均呈现逐年递增的趋势,近五年特征更为显著;系统耦合度由濒临失调趋向良好协调发展,耦合度最优为河北(0.894)、其次天津(0.888)、最低北京(0.833);两大系统耦合度在空间上具有差异性,区域间实现耦合趋同潜力巨大。

Abstract:The paper applies the entropy method to construct the coupling relation model between urbanization and infrastructure construction,explains the coupling optimization principle of the two systems theoretically,then analyzes the coupling variation characteristics quantitatively.Based on the theory of suitability,explores the coupling transition model between urbanization and infrastructure construction in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei. The research shows that urbanization and infrastructure construction system development index and system coupling degree both show the trend of increasing year by year and the characteristics of the last five years are more obvious. The coupling degree of the system changes from imbalance to the well coordinated development and the best coupling degree is Hebei(0.894),followed by Tianjin(0.888),and the lowest Beijing(0.833).It is different in space and the potential of realizing coupling convergence between regions is great.
