[摘　要]　住宅产业化的加速推进，要求相关企业在住宅产业链上找准发展方向和空间，以发展壮大企业实力。从概念、节点关系、特点等方面描述了住宅产业链的基本内涵，分析了我国住宅产业链的形成、存在的问题与未来发展趋势，从而有助于企业把握或形成自身的产业链，确立竞争地位，形成品牌优势。

Abstract: With housing industrialization being accelerated, every relevant enterprise would be requested to find its accurate development direction and space in the housing industry chain for strengthing its power. From the concept, pitchpoint relationship and characteristics of the housing chain, the basic connotation of it is described in this paper. So the formation, the existing problems and the future development trends of this chain in China are analyzed, which will help enterprise to grasp or form itself industry chain, in the end the competitive position of industry will be established, and the brand advantage will be formed.
