摘要：国际PPP项目的争议发生频繁，了解争议发生的原因对于我国企业实施国际PPP项目投资具有重要的意义。搜集15个具有代表性的国际PPP项目，总结其发生争议的原因和争议的解决方式，并从招投标阶段、建设阶段和运营阶段对15个案例的争议成因进行梳理，以及从财务问题、社会问题和合作关系问题三个方面分析争议造成的后果，最后基于多案例分析提出规避和解决国际PPP项目争议的建议。

Abstract：Disputes in international PPP projects occur frequently，and it is important for Chinese enterprises to figure it out why disputes occur，which will help them to make investment decisions in international PPP projects. This paper collects 15 representative projects and concludes the reasons and resolutions for disputes in these projects，analyzes the reasons from various stages of tendering，construction and operation. Then，analyzes the consequences caused by disputes from perspectives of finance，society and partnership. Based on these multiple case studies，puts forwards some suggestions which could be useful for avoiding and resolving disputes.
