摘要：以工程造价管理任务为出发点，结合粤东LNG项目和江苏LNG项目的造价管理实践，分析工程造价管理中的主要影响因素，在此基础上提出相应的应对措施。

Abstract：Based on the task of engineering cost management，this paper analyzes the main influencing factors occurred in the practice of engineering cost management according to the practice of YDLNG project and JSLNG project. On this basis，puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
