摘要：随着房地产市场竞争的日趋激烈，有效的成本控制手段已经受到越来越多的房地产企业的青睐。以价值工程原理为基础，结合实际的房地产项目案例，揭示价值工程在房地产项目成本控制中的可操作性和有效性，为房地产企业进行成本优化提供参考。

Abstract：With the increasingly fierce competition in the real estate market，the effective cost control methods have been favored by more and more real estate enterprises. Based on the principle of value engineering and combining with the actual real estate project case，this paper reveals the operability and effectiveness of value engineering in the cost control，in order to provide reference for the cost optimization of real estate enterprises.
