摘要：针对我国PC构件深化设计工作的特点，将其主要风险因素归纳为4个方面，分别为技术因素、组织管理因素、经济因素、人员因素；应用模糊层次综合评价法，构建PC构件深化设计阶段风险模型，分析得出各影响因素的权重排序结果以及整体风险模型得分；依据该风险模型评价结果，提出PC构件在深化设计阶段的风险应对策略，以期对PC构件深化设计阶段风险管理提供借鉴，最终提高PC构件设计质量。

Abstract：In view of the characteristics of the detailed design of PC components in China，the paper summarizes main risk factors into 4 aspects，including technical factors，organizational management factors，economic factors and personnel factors. Then，constructs the risk model of PC component in detailed design stage by applying fuzzy analytic hierarchy pcroess，analyzes and obtains the weight ranking results of various influencing factors as well as the overall risk model score. Based on the results of the risk model evaluation，puts forward the risk coping strategies of PC components in detailed design phase，in order to provide certain reference for the risk management of PC components in the detailed design stage and ultimately improve the quality of PC components.
