[摘　要]　根据建筑业从业人员参加社会保险的现状、问题、难点，从更新观念、制定政策、提高取费、统一管理、专款专用、监管审计、异地转续、规范行为八个有效途径落实建筑业从业人员社会保险权益。

Abstract: According to current situation, problems and difficulties of construction industry practitioners participating in social insurance, this paper puts forward fulfilling social insurance rights and interests of construction industry practitioners from eight ways: renewing the idea, constituting the policy, increasing the charge, unifying the management, earmarking a fund for its specified purpose only, regulation and audit, transferring and continuing in different region and standardizing the behavior.
