摘要：阐述设计牵头的工程总承包模式的起源、内涵，分析设计牵头模式的优缺点。然后分析设计牵头模式中，以设计管理为核心的项目管理的内容、过程、策略，以期为国内设计院承接工程总承包提供参考。

Abstract：This paper expounds the origin and connotation of general contracting mode with design as the leader，analyzes the advantage and the disadvantage with design as the leader. Then，analyzes the content，process，strategies of with design management as the core，so as to provide reference for domestic design institutes to undertake engineering general contracting.
