摘要：以我国装配式建筑的特点和不足为出发点，结合BIM技术与集成管理理论，构建装配式建筑项目集成管理模型。然后以目标集成、组织集成、过程集成的视角分析装配式建筑项目集成管理模型构建原理，从信息整合、信息集成、信息交互的角度论述装配式建筑项目集成管理模型的运行流程。最后提出对应用BIM的装配式建筑项目集成管理过程的建议，以期推动建筑企业资源整合及优化，促进整个行业的发展。

Abstract：With the characteristics of prefabricated building in China and deficiencies as a starting point，combined with BIM technology and integrated management theory，this paper constructs an integrated management model of prefabricated building project. Then，analyzes the construction principle of integrated management model of prefabricated building project with the view of target integration，organization integration and process integration，and discusses the operation process of integrated management model of prefabricated building project from the perspective of information sorting，information integration and information interaction. Finally，puts forward suggestions on the application of prefabricated building integrated management process with BIM，so as to help promote the integration and optimization of construction enterprise resources and promote the development of the whole industry.
