摘要：装配式建筑越来越受到国内建筑行业的重视，但是装配式建筑的业务推进依然面临着许多严峻挑战。以中交三航局为例，介绍企业开展装配式建筑的业务情况，总结开展装配式建筑业务面临的规模效益难以形成、技术标准不健全、产业链不完善等问题，并提出激发市场活力、健全技术标准体系、完善产业链条等相关建议。

Abstract：Prefabricated building is getting more and more attention in the domestic construction industry，but the business promotion of prefabricated building still faces many severe challenges. Taking CCCC Third Harbor Engineering Co.，Ltd as an example，this paper introduces the business conditions about prefabricated building in this enterprise，summarizes the problems faced by the development of prefabricated building business，which are unshaped size effect，insufficient technical standards and imperfect industry chain. On the basis，proposes some revelant suggestions，including stimulating market vitality，improving technical standards and industry chain.
