摘要：目前株洲市城市问题越来越突出，交通越来越拥堵，在城市旧城中心区问题尤其严重。分析株洲市城市中心城区现状交通存在的问题，阐述株洲市中心城区交通发展的目标和策略。通过科学的交通系统规划使得中心城区交通功能体系能够得到全面系统的修复和完善，促进城市的健康发展。

Abstract：At present，the urban problems of Zhuzhou are becoming more and more prominent，and the traffic is becoming more and more congested，especially in the downtown area of old city. This paper analyzes the traffic problems existing in Zhuzhou downtown area，expounds the traffic development goals and strategies of Zhuzhou downtown area. Through the scientific traffic system planning，the central city traffic function system can be comprehensively restored and perfected，so as to promote the healthy development of the city.
