摘要：结合我国严监管现状，分析商业银行合规经营的重要意义及其面临的严峻形势，就走出认识误区、做好案件防控、反洗钱、配合审计、整治市场乱象、征信安全等工作提出建议。

Abstract：According to the current situation of strict supervision in China，this paper analyzes the important significance and the severe situation of compliance management of commercial banks，and puts forward some suggestions on getting out of the misunderstanding，doing well in prevention and control of cases，antimoney laundering，coordination of auditing，the disorder of the market，and the security of credit.
