摘要：分析城市黑臭水体的消除途径和整治内容，阐述审计工作应把握黑臭水体整治工程的特性，指出当前城市黑臭水体整治工程跟踪审计过程中仍存在计量成果不规范、现场造价控制不深入、工程签证审查不到位、措施项目跟踪工作被忽视等问题，最后提出有针对性的对策。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the elimination methods and renovation contents of urban black-odor water. Then，states that the audit work should grasp the characteristics of black-odor water renovation projects and points out that nonstandard measurement results，surface on-site cost control，incomplete engineering visa review，the preliminaries ignoration and other issues are still in the tracking audit process of urban black-odor water renovation projects. Finally，puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
