摘要：分析传统基建管理模式在新形势下存在的弊端，提出协同管理概念，并建立协同管理下基建项目管理模式，强调高校内部应加强协同机制、制度创新、管理创新和技术创新，最后分享某高校建设工程项目协同管理的成功经验，以期为高校基建管理改革提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the disadvantages of traditional infrastructure management model in the new situation，and proposes the concept of collaborative management，and builds the infrastructure management model under the collaborative management. Then，emphasizes that universities should strengthen collaborative mechanism，system innovation，management innovation and technology innovation. Finally，shares the successful management experiences of construction project in an university，in order to provide references for the reform of university infrastructure management.
