摘要：从各市场主体的角度阐述招投标不正当竞争行为的表现，并分析不正当竞争行为产生的原因，针对各不正当竞争行为的特点提出改善建议和管理对策，以期用监管制度和科技手段双管齐下打击招标投标乱象，促进建筑业招投标领域持续健康发展。

Abstract：From the angle of the market main body，this paper expounds the performances of unfair competition in project bidding，and analyzes its causes. In view of the characteristics of unfair competition，puts forward suggestions for improvement and management countermeasures，in order to use the supervision system and scientific and technological means to fight the bidding disorder and promote the sustainable and healthy development of the bidding field in the construction industry.
