摘要：采用四种楼盖结构形式（主梁大板、十字梁、井字梁楼盖和无梁楼盖）作为地下车库顶板，建立结构计算模型。计算并统计在不同覆土厚度下的钢筋、混凝土、模板用量，和各类结构构件所占材料用量比例，并对各类结构构件材料用量的统计结果进行二次多项式拟合，得出不同覆土厚度下各类楼盖的工程量和单方造价函数。

Abstract：Using four floor structure forms（big board-beam，cross beam，well-shaped beam，beamless floor）as underground garage roof，this paper builds structure calculation model. Then，calculates and counts the quantity of steel，concrete，building template，and its use proportion in the four floor structure forms. Finally，carries out the secondary polynomial fitting for the statistical results of the material consumption of various structural components，and obtains the engineering quantity and the single cost function of the various floors under the different covering thickness.
