摘要：以某装配式木结构别墅项目为例，分析传统设计中存在的问题，并总结归纳该项目中BIM应用原则、建模标准、应用价值等，对优化BIM应用标准流程，实现木结构标准化设计具有参考价值。

Abstract：With a prefabricated wooden structure villa project as an example，this paper analyzes the existing problems in the traditional design.Then，summarizes the application principles，modeling standards and application values of BIM in this project，in order to optimize the standard flow of BIM application and realize the standardization design of wood structure.
