摘要：EPC总承包模式是国际上建设工程领域运用最广泛的总承包方式之一。运用扎根理论识别出EPC总承包商的两个核心能力：管理能力和履约能力。基于此，构建EPC总承包商能力模型，并分析模型组成部分。该模型不仅有助于总承包企业对自身进行评估，而且为EPC项目业主选择承包商提供了依据。

Abstract：EPC general contracting model is regarded as the most widely used model in international construction engineering. This paper explores and identifies two core capability elements of the EPC general contractor by using grounded theory method，which are the general contract management ability and performance capacity.Then，constructs the EPC general contractor capability model through the identified engineering contracting capacity and performance capability. This mode can not only contribute to the evaluation of enterprises，but also provide basis for owners to choose the EPC contractor.
