摘要：分析英国城市更新的有益做法，包括独特的城市管理原则、注重旧有建筑的保护、倡导多主体共同参与、融入创意提升建筑价值、贯彻绿色可持续发展理念、重视长远规划和弹性规划、以科技创新引领城市更新等。在此基础上，总结英国城市更新对我国的启示，以期为我国城市更新提供参考。

Abstract：This paper summarizes the beneficial practices of urban renewal in the UK，including the unique urban management principle，paying attention to the protection of old buildings，advocating more main body participation，integrating into more ideas and improving value，implementing the green concept of sustainable development，attaching great importance to the long-term planning and flexible planning，putting more scientific and technological innovation to lead the urban renewal. On this basis，sums up the enlightenment of UK urban renewal to China，in order to provide reference for urban renewal in China.
