摘要：结合安徽某建设工程施工合同纠纷案件，指出工程造价司法鉴定过程中存在的典型问题，包括鉴定依据不充分不合法、现场勘验不到位、对变更签证理解偏差、工程量计算与审核不认真、工程计价偏差较大、鉴定意见书出具不规范等。对此提出相应的改进措施，为进一步提高工程造价司法鉴定质量提供借鉴。

Abstract：Combined with a case of construction contract dispute in Anhui，the paper analyzes the typical problems in judicial expertise of construction cost，including inadequate and unlawful identification，inaccurate inspection of site，deviation of understanding of change visas，unearnest calculation and audit of engineering quantity，large deviation of project valuation，and non standardization of appraisal opinions. Then，puts forward the corresponding improvement measures，in order to provide reference for improving the quality of judicial expertise of construction cost.
