摘要：目前，施工单位基层造价算量工作面临计量步骤多、工作效率低下，施工过程资料传递容易丢失、各阶段造价数据无法循环应用导致的数据孤岛等问题。以解决传统造价业务弊端为出发点，利用BIM+云端数据技术建立一套基于BIM云数据的施工造价应用体系，旨在提高施工造价工作效率，解决过程数据无法循环应用的数据孤岛问题。

Abstract：At present，the cost calculation of the construction unit is faced with many problems，such as many steps，low work efficiency，easy loss of data transmission in the construction process，and data isolated island caused by the inability of the cost data in each stage to circulate. In order to solve the drawbacks of traditional cost management，this paper uses BIM + cloud data technology to establish a set of construction cost application system based on BIM cloud data，so as to increase work efficiency of construction cost，solve the data island problem of process data can’t cycle  in application.
