摘要：以近5年的100起建筑施工坍塌事故调查报告为样本，采用事故致因“2-4”模型对事故发生原因进行分类和统计分析，运用卡方检验和让步比（OR）对不同阶段因素间的关联性进行因果检验，并采用DEMATEL识别关键影响因素。研究结果表明，安全文化为根源影响因素；安全管理程序为中介传导因素；从业人员的安全意识、安全知识、安全习惯对违章行为产生直接影响。

Abstract：Taking the investigation report of 100 collapsing accidents during construction in recent five years as a sample，this paper classifies and statistically analyzes the causes of accidents by using accidental cause “2-4” model. Then，tests the inherent relevance of the various levels of the framework by Chi-Square Tests and Odds Ratio. Finally，uses DEMATEL to identify the key impact factors. The results show that the safety culture is the root of the impact factors；the improvement of safety management procedures is the intermediary conduction factor；the safety awareness，safety knowledge and safety habits of employees have a direct impact on the illegal behavior.
