摘要：传统安全管理方式已经不能满足施工安全管理需求，而将BIM技术应用于安全管理中可以改善许多现有问题。从环境、经济、技术等方面分析BIM在施工安全管理中的适用性，基于实际操作探讨BIM技术在安全管理过程中的危险源辨识技术、安全计划与优化技术、安全规则检查技术、空间规划技术、施工现场劳务人员疏散技术以及安全教育与培训技术等关键技术的应用，为改善建筑工程安全管理提供参考。

Abstract：Traditional safety management methods can no longer meet the requirements of construction safety management. Applying BIM technology to safety management can improve many existing problems. This paper analyzes the applicability of BIM in construction safety management from the aspects of environment，economy，technology and so on. Based on the analysis of actual operations，discusses the key technologies of hazard identification technology，safety planning and optimization technology，safety rules inspection technology，space planning technology，evacuation of labor personnel at construction sites，and safety education and training technologies in the process of safety management with BIM technology，in order to provide references for improving the safety management of construction projects.
