摘要：结合A管道工程施工单位结算经历，阐述承发包双方关于施工阶段的争议内容，分析引发争议的原因；从合同、签证、索赔、竣工资料几个方面，提出相应对策，给工程结算工作提供一些提示。

Abstract：Based on the completion settlement experience of pipeline project A，this paper illustrates the disputes on the construction stage between contractor and contractee，analyzes the cause of the controversy，puts forward corresponding measures from the aspects of contact，site instruction，claim and completion data，gives some suggestions for completion settlement.
