摘要：首先分析建筑业培育工匠精神的价值认知前置条件，揭示工匠精神形成生产力的机理，认为帮助市场主体提高核心竞争力是工匠精神的核心价值所在。其次探讨建筑业培育工匠精神面临的作业层农民工化、竞争同质化、市场准入多进少出、行业投机等困难，造成了基础流动、动力不足、压力缺乏、逆向选择等培育障碍。最后从前置条件、现实困难、未来发展三个视角提出了新常态下建筑业培育工匠精神的三条路径。

Abstract：This paper firstly analyzes the precondition of value cognition on cultivating the spirit of craftsman in construction，reveals the mechanism of productivity deriving the spirit，and argues that improving the core competence of market participants is the core value of that spirit；then discusses the difficulties faced such as migrant workers filled on site，competition homogenization，market access with more in and less out and industry speculation，which formed the obstacles of moving basis，insufficient power，lack of pressure and adverse selection. Finally，gives three main reshape paths with the perspectives of the precondition，difficulties and future development under the new normal.
