[摘　要]　对CM合同模式的基本运作方式进行了描述，并与我国建筑工程现行的合同管理模式进行了较为全面的比较，指出了CM合同模式在我国应用所存在的问题，针对该模式在我国应用的可能性提出了建议。

Abstract: This paper analyses basic operation way of construction management contract model（CM） and makes comprehensive comparison with current engineering contract management model in our country, and points out the problems existing in the application of CM model. Some suggestion are proposed for the probability of CM used in our country.
