摘要：建筑产业现代化的推进、建设项目及工程技术与管理系统日趋复杂，导致传统粗放的生产管理方式已经不能满足建筑业发展新常态。阐述建筑施工活动“两化数据库”的设计理念，然后基于标准化与信息化集成技术构建建筑施工活动“两化数据库”框架，最后从组织分配、任务监管、人员管理等方面阐述“两化数据库”实践应用，以期优化数据信息结构，提高施工效率和管理效益。

Abstract：The advancement of the modernization of construction industry，and the complex of construction projects and engineering technology and management systems increasingly，result in the traditional mode of extensive production management no longer meet the new normal of the development of construction industry. This paper expounds the design concept of informatization and standardization databases for construction activities，establishes the database framework based on standardization and information integration technology.Then，expounds the practical application of “two databases” from the aspects of organization allocation，task supervision，personnel management and so on，in order to optimize the data structure，improve the construction efficiency and management efficiency.
