摘要：为系统培养土建类专业学生的BIM能力，将OBSE教学理念和CDIO工程教育模式引入到BIM人才培养中，以学生为中心，以学习产出为导向，构建基于OBSE-CDIO理念的土建类专业BIM人才培养模型，该模型具体分析BIM预期学习产出体系，实现该体系的课程计划与教学方法，评估学习产出的方法以及实现可持续发展的措施等具体内容，为高校BIM人才培养提供参考。

Abstract：In order to systematicly train BIM talent for civil engineering students，this paper introduces the OBSE teaching philosophy and the CDIO engineering education model to the training of BIM talents. Based on student-centered and learning-output oriented，constructs the BIM talent training model for civil engineering based on the OBSE-CDIO concept. The model specifically analyzes BIM anticipates the learning output system，implements the curriculum plans and teaching methods of the system，evaluates the methods of learning output，and measures for achieving sustainable development，which can provide references for the cultivation of BIM personnel in universities.
