摘要：为更好地推广SI住宅内装一体化生产模式，填补当前内装产业化评价标准的空白，基于可持续发展的理念和我国住宅建设现状，构建SI住宅内装产业化评价体系。运用改进的F-AHP法分配指标权重，并区分定性指标和定量指标，利用专家评分和隶属度函数相结合的方法对实际SI住宅项目进行评价，验证该评价体系的实用性，并发现其生产过程存在的问题，为内装产业链条上相关企业提供参考。

Abstract：To promote the integration of building and decorating and fill the blank of built-in industrialization evaluation standard，this paper establishes the SI residential built-in industrialization evaluation system based on the concept of sustainable development and the status of China’s residential construction. Then，uses the improved F-AHP to distribute the weights of each indicator，distinguishes the qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators，evaluates the actual SI residential project using the evaluation system through expert grading system and membership function. The result shows that the evaluation system is useful and there are several problems in the production process，which provides reference for related businesses through the built-in industry chain.
