[摘　要]　基于上海世博会VIK材料设备管理实践，对建设与运营分开管理模式下的VIK材料设备的特点和赞助关系进行了分析，在此基础上着重对VIK材料设备的采购和处置问题进行研究，提出了VIK材料设备的采购方式和处置定价策略，最后，通过一个案例进行进一步探讨。

Abstract: Based on the practice in the management of VIK material and equipment in Shanghai World Expo,this paper analyzes the characteristics and the supporting relationship of VIK under the background of separation between construction and operation,focuses on the study about procurement and disposal of VIK, proposes acquisition methods and disposal pricing strategies, and then shows a case for further study.
