摘要：分析ABS和PPP模式的契合性，以及ABS应用到养老机构PPP项目中的可行性，进而提出ABS是实现养老机构PPP项目再融资和社会资本退出的重要手段。在此基础上，从项目全生命周期角度阐述嵌入ABS的养老机构PPP项目运作流程，最后提出针对性保障建议，为吸引社会资本进入养老机构PPP项目提供参考。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the compatibility of ABS and PPP model，and the feasibility of introduction of ABS into PPP projects of caring facilities，proposes that ABS is the important way to realize refinancing and exits of social capital of PPP project. On the basis，puts forward the operation flow of financing of caring facilities based on ABS under the mode of PPP. Finally，provides some targeted suggestions，provides reference for social capital entry in caring facilities PPP project.
