摘要：通过中国知网等数据库对中国PPP项目失败案例的有关文献进行检索，对其失败的原因及阶段进行归纳整理，运用社会网络分析技术对风险因素间的联系进行研究，分析得出PPP项目失败的主要风险因素。研究发现：政府部门作为PPP项目的主导部门以及公共利益的代言人，不论在哪个阶段，PPP项目失败和政府直接相关；PPP项目失败的发生主要显现于运营期。

Abstract：This paper summarizes and sorts the reasons and stages of the failure that searching from the related literature of Chinese PPP Project failure Cases through CNKI and Other Databases. Then，uses social network analysis technology to study the relationship between risk factors，and analyzes the main risk factors of PPP project failure. The results show that，the failure of the PPP project is directly related to the government at any stage. The occurrence of PPP project failure mainly appears in the operating period.
