摘要：高校基本建设项目开展绩效评价工作对提高高校基建项目投资决策水平、加强项目管理具有重要意义。根据高校基建项目的特点，从过程评价、效益评价、影响评价和持续性评价四个方面阐述高校基建项目绩效评价的内容，建立一套合理的高校基建项目绩效评价指标体系。

Abstract：Carrying out the performance evaluation of capital construction projects of colleges and universities has great significance for improving the level of investment decision-making and project management. Based on the characteristics of capital construction projects of colleges and universities，this paper describes the contents of performance evaluation from the aspects of process evaluation，benefit evaluation，impact evaluation and continuous evaluation，establishes a reasonable performance evaluation index system of capital construction project.
