摘要：项目管理知识体系（PMBOK）从1986年首次出版至今，经过不断完善，已被全世界广泛接受和认可，但PMBOK的应用仍存在忽视道德伦理和过于理性主义等问题。以项目管理发展进程为出发点，分析PMBOK对现代项目管理发展的影响。然后阐述PMBOK在项目的前期管理、情境、参与方差异、目标定义等方面的局限性，提出改进建议与思考。

Abstract：Project management body of knowledge（PMBOK）was first published in 1986. PMBOK has been widely accepted and acknowledged by the whole world after continuing improvement. However，the application of PMBOK still ignores some issues such as ethics and overrationalism. This paper analyzes the impact of PMBOK on the development of modern project management. Then，describes the limitations of PMBOK in terms of pre-management，context，stakeholder differences，and goal definition，proposes suggestions for future project management development.
