摘要：PPP模式在公用基础设施领域应用广泛，但具体操作过程存在诸多问题，并会导致社会资本的退出。基于我国PPP项目现状，分析社会资本退出政策，然后分析社会资本退出的原因和影响因素。在此基础上提出完善社会资本退出机制的建议，以期为PPP项目中社会资本退出的管理提供参考。

Abstract：The PPP model has been widely used in the field of public infrastructure，but there are many problems in the specific operation process that may lead to the withdrawal of social capital. Based on the status of China’s PPP projects，this paper analyzes social capital withdrawal policy，and then analyzes the causes and influencing factors of social capital withdrawal. Based on this，puts forward suggestions to improve the withdrawal mechanism of social capital，so as to provide references for the management of social capital withdrawal in PPP projects.
