摘要：针对智慧居家养老项目，分析PPP模式应用于智慧居家养老项目的参与主体及其工作难点，然后构建智慧居家养老项目PPP模式，并从实施方案、物有所值评价、政府财政承受能力等方面阐述该模式所要解决的关键问题。

Abstract：For the smart home pension projects，this paper analyzes the participant subjects and the difficulties of the work of PPP model applied in smart home pension projects，then constructs PPP model in smart home pension projects，and analyzes the key problems to be solved using the model from the perspective of implementation plan，value for money evaluation，government financial capacity.
