摘要：结合装配式建筑的施工流程，从装配式建筑的成本、技术、政策以及市场四个方面分析制约其发展的因素。针对性提出预制构件厂址的选择，3D打印、BIM技术的应用以及相关政策的完善等一系列推进装配式建筑发展的建议。

Abstract：Combined with the construction process of assembly building，this paper analyzes the factors restricting the development of assembly building from four aspects of cost，technology，policy and market. Then，puts forward some suggestions on the development of assembly building，such as the selection of the sites of the prefabricated component factory，the application of 3D printing and BIM technology and the improvement of relevant policies.
